Spectacular Isho-ningyo of a Tonjin, Chinese figure, dressed in rich silk brocades in the Chinese style with ruffle-edged hems, black velvet details, silk tassel sleeve closures, wearing a silk brocade cap with chirimen silk crepe edging, round face covered in gofun with painted details and silk fiber hair, holding a fan in his right hand, mounted on a black lacquered base with a front aperture cloth, minor fading, overall excellent condition.
