Dramatic Isho-ningyo of a Bijin in parody of Kinko Senin riding a giant carp, clothed in Chinese-style silk brocade attire with ruffled sleeve edges, black velvet details, holding a fan in her right hand, face of wood covered in a fine white gofun with painted details, silk fiber hair largely concealed by a purple silk crepe head cloth secured to a topknot, purple trousers, sitting astride a well-rendered carp with gold painted details, large fins, metal whiskers, glass eyes, positioned amidst clashing waves carved of wood with gold, blue, and white highlights on a lacquered stand with metallic bosses and raised legs, minor losses, overall fine condition.
